    Hi All,

     

    i am facing a different issue that is when i type %Test% in incident area field i am getting a popop with message "Filed completion in Progress - wait For response" and the serach text is chnaging as %25Test%25.

     

    Is there any one faced similar issue?. please help

     

    Note : The issue is occurring when there a single matching incident area found.

    Hello AnjaneyaRajue,

     

    You don't mention what version of Service Desk you are running. There are a couple of known problems with similar symptoms (USRD 2227 and USRD 2552).

     

    You should open a case with CA Support to see if a fix for one of these resolves your problem.

    Hi Gordon, thank you for the response. yes the same issue that you have mentioned.. our SDM Version in 12.7 with C1.
