Hi, A customer has CA Service Catalog 12.7 and CA Service Desk Manager 12.7. They have decided to migrate SDM to 14.1, and later (after a couple of months) migrate Service Catalog to 14.1. Both the products use the same mdb. What is the best way to migrate both these products?
