There are Administrative User Account Policies task available in Policy Manager, which lets the Gateway Disable a user who is inactive for certain period of time. So, if some user gets disabled (inactive state) because of being inactive for some time, How do we enable his account?
The "Activate" button on the "User Properties" screen is not able to activate his account.
Any help would be appreciated?
I logged in as admin and tried to activate the the account on my 9.0 gateway and it just works fine.
else you can give the below a try from command prompt
#update logon_info set state='ACTIVE' where login='<your user name>';
The internal_users are housed in the internal_user table and the activity for the user attempting to log into the Policy Manager is in the logon_info table. The most straightforward way to clear out the logon activity is to run the command: mysql ssg -e "delete from logon_info where login='<username>'" then attempt to re-enable and activate the account through the Policy Manager.
