Rally's "new task" functionality used to default the rank to "decreasing" per the order in which the tasks were added; this made sense. A few months ago (Feb 2015) it started displaying in reverse order but refreshing the screen solved that problem; annoying but eventually made sense. Now (Sep 2015), it locks in new task priority order as the reverse of the entry order and users are forced to drag everything to the intended order; not good.
Is this the result of feature-toggling? Is there a way to override this short of disabling drag-and-drop priority ranking?
