I am getting the following error in db_report log:
What could be the root cause for this error?
My service desk application works fine but from past two days, there have been cases when it gets too slow (Twice a day). Browser shows service desk site could not be reached. I need to restart the services to get service desk into normal state.
Kindly provide the solution for this problem.
