    from Jerin Sebastian to Everyone:

Hi Daniel. Welcome to the APJ office hours..

    from Jerin Sebastian to Everyone:

    Lets get started!!

    from Daniel Kurniawan to Everyone:

    Hi Jerin. thanks.

    from Cecilia to Everyone:

Hi Jerin.....is there no audio for this?

    from Jerin Sebastian to Everyone:

@Cecilia: No, we have only chat

    from Jerin Sebastian to Everyone:

You can type your question here

    from Jerin Sebastian to Everyone:

While we are waiting for questions, just wanted to let you know about the release of 14.3. Here is a replay of the webcast of What’s New in CA PPM 14.3

    from Jerin Sebastian to Everyone:

    https://communities.ca.com/videos/3082

    from Cecilia to Everyone:

Hi, have you had clients upgrade already to 14.3?

    from Jerin Sebastian to Everyone:

    @Cecilia: Yes

    from Cecilia to Everyone:

can we go from 14.2.02 to 14.3 directly?

    from Cecilia to Everyone:

i understand there is a patch in between 02 and 14.3

    from Jerin Sebastian to Everyone:

@Cecilia: Yes, you can upgrade to 14.3 from 14.2 patch 2. Just FYI, the latest patch on 14.2 is patch 5.

    from Cecilia to Everyone:

is there somewhere I can see listed the name of all the patches between 14.2 and 14.3?. I am asking because Hannah mention to me patch 4 not 5.

from Kathryn Ellis (CA) to Everyone:

Reference TEC1398937     : generic patch kb / it has a copy of the README file ; all patches are cumulative

    from Jerin Sebastian to Everyone:

Welcome others who have just joined..

    from Cecilia to Everyone:

@Jerin, I have noticed that not all reports listed under Reports & Jobs (Crystal platform) were replicated in Advance Reporting (Jaspersoft platform). What are the plans to have misisng reports available in Adv Rept.

    from Jerin Sebastian to Everyone:

@Cecilia: There are few reports which are not migrated to Jasper and few of them are getting converted in the future release. If there are any reports you need on priority basis, please open a support case and let us know and we will consider them.

    from Jerin Sebastian to Everyone:

You may also check the PMO Accelerator Advanced Reporting Guide for more info on all the Jasper reports. We will also work on updating the guide to include the reports which we are not planning to migrate from BO

    from Cecilia to Everyone:

@Jerin, how is it decided which ones get migrated and which ones wont? Is there consultancy with the Clients?

    from Namita Mishra to Everyone:

@Celita, It basically depends on the usage of the reports. There are certain reports which are heavily used by users so that gets the precedence. Is there any report which is missing and you would like to take it first, then so let us know...

    from Namita Mishra to Everyone:

    *do let us know

    from Jerin Sebastian to Everyone:

If there are no further questions, we will conclude in next 5 minutes..

    from Cecilia to Everyone:

@Jerin, quick one...are the details of the chat loaded somewhere so we can review them later if we miss the meetingf?

    from Jerin Sebastian to Everyone:

@Cecilia: Yes, the chat transcript will be pasted in the community. You can check https://communities.ca.com/message/241831700#241831700

    from Cecilia to Everyone:

    @Jerin, great thank you. Goodbye!

    from Jerin Sebastian to Everyone:

    Thank you Cecilia!

    from Jerin Sebastian to Everyone:

Thank you everyone for joining the APJ community office hours...
