we have implementation with IM 12.6 sp6 and GM 12.6 SP3.
When IM is puching changes to GM, in IM JBOSS log we get an error like:
13:32:29,948 ERROR [im.analytics.engine.queue] (iam_imDefaultQuartzScheduler_Worker-12) AnalyticsEngineRcmImpl:drainQueue: Caught JMS Exception when acknowledging message:Non XA connection
13:32:29,951 ERROR [im.analytics.engine.queue] (iam_imDefaultQuartzScheduler_Worker-12) AnalyticsEngineRcmImpl:drainQueue: Cannot proceed with the acknowledgement . So returning
What does it mean ?
Can anybody assist ?
Is GM to IM working? is it only IM to GM which is broken?

Thank you for response.
GM and IM integration works well. All "Test connection"s, i.e. in GM and IM are successful.
We can import information from IM to GM without any troubles.
Those errors appear only during "Continuous Update", when IM is sending notifications to GM.
We better handle this via a Support case - will need to review GM implementation (Websphere or JBoss too?) and review logs.
Was a solution found to this? I'm experiencing the same thing in the Solutions Pro demo images.
I have opened case with CA. Still no solution.
