Layer7 API Management

  • 1.  Cannot access Policy Manager in Browsers

    I am working on Demos on Demand. I am not able to access policy manager in browsers such as Mozilla, IE.

    I am getting, Java runtime version 7 or higher is required. You can download it for free.

    I have JDK,JRE 8 installed and also defined the Paths in System Variables.

     

    How can I solve this?

    Would you be able to provide the link that you are using to access Demos on Demand so we can look further as to what is the problem?  Also what version of the API Management Gateway are you attempting to use?

    Hey Stephen, this issue got solved, I had some issue with my browsers and I have solved it, now it works.

    I also ran into this issue.  I've added the site to the exception list using the Java Control Panel.  Is there another step?

     

    Using: Chrome (55.0.2883.87 m), Windows 10, Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_73-b02)
