    Hi Deepak,

Since I'm uncertain, I'll have to check and get back to you on this.

    Hello Deepak,

There is a service required to run an agentless connection for Exchange 2010, you'll need the Microsoft Windows Remote Management service (WinRM) service installed on your C++ connector server machine. There are a number of other steps required as well in order to make this connection and they are outlined in our documentation here: How to Connect to Exchange 2010 and 2013 (Agentless) - CA Identity Management & Governance Connectors - CA Technologies …

If you need assistance with these steps please open up a support ticket.

    Thank you,

    Jennifer

    Hi leije03,

In the link provided by you it is mentioned that "Ensure that the Exchange server has its own server certificate". How to generate the request for this certificate or how to get this certificate. I am not able to make https connection using command

    winrm quickconfig -transport:https

I am getting an error as "Cannot create a WinRM listener on HTTPS because this machine does not have appropriate certificate..............  " Kindly help me with the same
