    Hi,

     

    We have our Nimsoft and Service Now integrated and we recently ran into an issue where the alert was assigned to the snow user but no ticket was raised in service now and there was no logs that we find was useful. Did anyone come across similar issue? Also to note the fact that we had upgraded our Service Now a couple days back to the actual issue.
