  • 1.  CLarity PPM Issues

    We are currently experiencing an issue with a scheduled report we have. The running of the report and notification email side of things is working however, when our customer opens the link in the notification email they see everything but the icon you click on to open the report and view it. Clicking export causes nothing. User cant export it in PDF or excel. Does anyone have any ideas as to why the icon is missing([export])is it permissions? If anyone has any ideas please let us know.

    I think it would be best to log a support case for this issue so that the Support Engineer can dig into the details and assist you in solving the issue.

    Can you share some screen shot of the problem and what is the browser you are facing this issue

    is this a business object report, scheduled through the Clarity UI reports and jobs?
