    New defect: We are aware of and actively investigating an issue that was reported regarding the use of the editable detail pages. In most cases, users can use the Switch Back option to revert to the previous details page with the pop out editor as a workaround until this issue is resolved. If you are unable to switch back, please submit a Support case.

    We are continuing to investigate the issues with the editable detail pages.  Another possible workaround for non-SSO users is to login to CA Agile Central using https://us1.rallydev.com.   If you still have issues even when logging in on https://us1.rallydev.com please notify us.   Thank you for your patience as we continue working to resolve this issue.

    We have found the cause of the issue and made the necessary corrective actions due to improperly cached javascript sources on our servers. If you are still experiencing issues, please clear your browser's cache and let us know if issues persist.

    @CA Agile Central Subscription Admins we are hearing from a lot of users regarding this defect, which is now fixed.  If you hear from users still experiencing this issue, please let them know that they can clear their browser cache to resolve the problem.  Thanks!

    I have cleared my browser cache and I am still having problems switching between the beta and traditional views on the detail pages

    Hi @Becky Dix, sorry to hear it's still giving you trouble.  Which browser are you using?  Sounds like we may still be battling this in IE 11.

    @Becky Dix, thank you.  Could you please elaborate on the problems you're having switching between the new Editable Detail Page and the older version?  Are you able to switch back to the newer EDP?  I don't actually see other reports today of this problem, and apparently this is resolved in IE as well.

    I handle troubleshooting questions for several groups at John Deere.  So I need to be able to switch back and forth between the beta and traditional view.  See the attachment for the workaround that we have implemented to address this issue.

    @Becky Dix, that should work.  I also just heard that a) should make sure clearing the browser cache for at least the last 24 hours if not more, but as a last resort b) going to https://us1.rallydev.com to force new javascript to be downloaded.
