    Hello guys.

I'm trying to add a new company in onboarding and does not show any "next" button. Is an error in the installation of the product?

    HI Airu,

Can you tell us what version of Open Space you are using?  Also what browser you are using to access it?

It seems that it could be a browser issue possibly.

    Thanks,

    Jon I.

Unified Self Service 14.1, and I'm using Google Chrome.

I tried the internet explorer, the same error occurred.

    Hi Airu,

Were you able to login to control panel successfully prior onboarding? As Jon mentioned, this looks like a browser issue. Do you see the same behavior in IE compatible view?

    Thanks,

    Naveen

Are you using Service Catalog and Service Desk with USS?

If Catalog is in picture maybe Common Admin offerings can help? -  https://communities.ca.com/message/241726290#241726290

    Thx

Yes, I could access the control panel quietly, the question is onboarding.

Will be the case I uninstall the product?

I would suggest you open a support issue for further investigation on this.

    Thanks,

Has anyone resolved this issue? I have same problem in "Unified Self-Service", version="14.1.0.183"

Next button is not on form.

One reason I can think of is that you do not have Administrator privileges on the system.  It auto-logged you in as a specific user  and maybe that user is missing the needed permission to allow you to perform this operation

    You are right!

I've tried to install and integrate USS (without Catalog) in existing environment  that I use.

A lot of discrepancy were there.

First of all, I use EEM that is connected to MS AD LDAP. There is OpenSpaceAdminGroup in AD and CASMAdmin user is in group. Due installation i've received errors that user CASMAdmin  can't be added in OpenSpaceAdminGroup.

I've repeated installation several times with no success.

After that I've raised new environment from scratch.  Installation without AD Ldap passed fine, without any errors. Catalog and integration also. Later I add LDAP, and add OpenSpaceAdminGroup from AD to Admin Role in USS.  Now everything working fine!

    Thank you Raghu!
