Clarity

  • 1.  Error 500 - Portfolio Plan

    CA PPM Version:14.3.0.298

     

    .  I setup 1 portfolio plan.  When I went to the Waterlines page and switched to the plan, I got the attached error.

     

     

    Looking at the app-ca.log, it shows these:

    Anyone seen this before ?

    Hi NJ,

     

    The error looks like there was a disconnect between the app and the database. It would be good to do an action tracing to see where its breaking.
