assets not assigned to contact

    We are loading assets (into ITAM) with the Primary User via the GRLoader but in SDM we don't see assets on the user's detail Environment Tab.

     

    For example in the Quick Profile in SDM, there are no assets for a User even though the user is a primary contact.

     

    In the CI Detail screen, if I "Update Contact" and add other Assigned Contacts, the CI will be listed with those Other Assigned Contacts.  If the primary is added as an "Other Assigned Contact" then the CI will display on that contact's Environment tab.  Note the primary contact will not display as an Other Assigned Contact, even after adding them, BUT the CI will display on the user's contact detail Environment tab.

    i. How does the CI look on the input file you are using for GRLoader?

     

    ii. After loading the CI via GRLoader, how does it look on the system, does it have the primary contact uploaded or not? You may want to attach a screen print

     

    iii. Do you get the same problem when you load same CI to ITAM via the ITAM Data-Importer instead of using GRLoader?
