UMP Data Source Error

HI, 

 

The Data Source in UMP is giving error when I click on the probe tab, and then choosed the robot and clicked to choose the probe ...I get the error below

 

Common.SRV_FAILED_TO_INVOKE_FUNCTION!...

 

 

It happen to all the probe and also different robots. I deactivated the Dashboard engine and also wasp ....When I activate it back the problem seems to be not solved.

Hi guys, 

 

I managed to find the solution. I found in the log stating that the SSL Certificate error and the otter probes can't communicate with UMP. So, re-installed UMP server robot and the problem still the same.. Looking at the problem more closely I decided to do a robot update since we have just upgraded to NMS5.6 . Once I did the robot_update to the primary hub the problem problem solved at the log and all the other robot can now communicate with UMP server as well as the UMP can get the Data Source.
