Does UR have the ability to be based on origin's? This customer is a NOD customer if that makes any difference. They have multiple origin's and hubs but by default UR shows all customers information on one report. Is there some documentation somewhere that walks you through this?
Yes, there is a Qucik Start Guide contained in the full documentation set for creating Account Aware reports
The reports that Nimsoft have created have been designed to be "account aware", meaning, if contact users login, reports will be filtered by origin.
This filtering do not occur if its a nimsoft user (classic nimbus user)
