Hello CA Support team
I just installed and configured boxi 3.3 with sdm 12.9. As i see rightnow on below screenshot, i believe these are default reports. How can i make custom reports? any document can u provide pls.? also after creating the reports, how it can be show in CMC and in servicedesk reports tab? also whats the location of default reports,where it is present ?
