    is there any way to create a retroactive dated Change Order in CA Service Desk Manager?  I need to backtrack work done in the past when a Change Order was not put in at the time of work starting.

    Open, Resolved and Closed dates cannot be changed in the interface, they are set by the System Time. You can manually change the date of any Activity, such as Update Status or Log Comment, by setting the Date of Activity date field to your desired date.
