  • 1.  Http 404 error is thrown while launching CA service catalog after configuration.

    I have installed Service catalog and Configured it. After successful configuration when I try to launch service, a HTTP 404 error is thrown. Please suggest what might be the reason.

    Hi Divya,

     

    If the Catalog service is started, I would recommend reviewing %USM_HOME%\logs\view\ServiceCatalog.log and %USM_HOME%\logs\error.log for an indication of the problem.
