CA is planning a usability study focused on the experience for "Level-1 Analysts" at Service Providers and Enterprise IT organizations.
We are recruiting Level-1 Analysts who would like to participate in a 30-to-60 minute webcast to evaluate design mock-ups and provide constructive feedback.
A Level-1 Analyst is a role focused on the processes of working with tickets to resolve customer issues.
This study is focused exclusively on the Level-1 Analyst role, and will not include other roles such as Problem Manager, Change Manager, or Administrator. This study will only be conducted in English.
