Siteminder Web Agent running on IIS 7.5 with ASP.NET is blocking the application images to get uploaded.

    Some specific images like .png, .ttf are getting blocked when website is protected with Siteminder.Once Webagent is disabled the application works fine.

    Web Agent version is 12.51 Cr01, OS is Windows 2012 R2 and IIS is 7.5

    Can anyone let me know if this issue has been encountered ? Will Siteminder block these specific extensions to be uploaded.

    Hi,

    Normally those image files should be fall into ignoreext ACO parameter.

    The reason is those images might cause overhead to Siteminder as each page might contain a lot of images. Having said that, I don't expect those images get block.

    Try add image extension ie .png, .ttf to ignoreext ACO parameter and check if that make any different.
