Custom UMP theme for users?

I followed the doc on how to customize the UMP through CSS and have the look and feel that I want.

 

How do I deploy this to all my users (existing and new ones)?

 

I cannot modify the files under E:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\webapps\ROOT\html\themes\classic\css

 

(Nimsoft On Demand environment)
