    Hi Gaurav,

There's a powerpack already been provided by the CA for Webserver monitoring.

But the only constraint is that the metrics reported by PP is dependant on the type\vendor of WebServer. For e.g. user related metrics are not found for Sun-One webserver , but it is available for IIS.

Let me know if you need something else. I hope this is the info you were looking for.

    Hello Gaurav,

If you want to monitor IIS as a web server, there is a PowerPack for Web Servers, available in the StandalonePowerPackInstaller, which will be inside the agent installer packages.

There is a documented process for getting this work, including how to configure the script to get performance metrics for IIS.

The agent can run locally or remotely to the web server, it just needs to be somewhere that can make HTTP requests to IIS.

    Thanks,
