    Hello

    Im trying to export a policy node using this command

    C:|Program Files\CA\CA Dataminder\system>wgnpol.exe UserMaster export -n "control/outgoing email/triggeres" -f "c:\control_outgoing.xml" -u administrator -p password01

    In your command line, if that is the node you want, it is under FPP Custom Group policy, not UserMaster. Substitute "FPP Custom Group" (with the quotes) for UserMaster in your command line.

    Kate,

    Wgnpol export operates at the Group and User Level.  It is not possible to export a single policy item (i.e. Just the recipient 1 Trigger items).

    The following examples illustrate how to use WgnPol to produce a sparse export (just the items set in a specific policy branch);

    Exporting a top Level Group:

    wgnpol.exe export "FPP Base Group" -f "c:\FPPGroup.xml" -u administrator -p password01

    Exporting a Sub Group:

    wgnpol.exe export "usermaster/FPP Base Group/FPP Custom Group" -f "c:\FPPCustGroup.xml" -u administrator -p password01

    Exporting a user:

    wgnpol.exe export "ADomain\UserA" -f "c:\UserA.xml" -u administrator -p password01

    I Hope this helps
