  • 1.  Interface Traffic Scaling

    Hi,

I have created a performance report for interface traffic on a Cisco router which currently is running at around 200Mbps. The problem is that the report shows Kbps so values are quite large. I have tried using the scaling option as advised in another thread which seems to work in terms of the values that are displayed but anyone any idea how I change the units that are shown on the graph because these are still showing as Kbps (as you'd probably expect!).

    Thanks,

    Dave

You can't change the unit. I believe as it's pulled from the QOS definition

    Hi,

You can change it if you export the performance report to XML, change <UNIT>YOUR_UNIT</UNIT> and <UNIT_SHORT>sh</UNIT_SHORT> and then import it back. You can find export/import functions in open/save dialog in the performance report designer portlet.

unit is the one that displays on the axis and unit_short in the legend.

the XMLs are also available in your database in table umpQoSReports.
