  • 1.  Where would I submit a feature request/resolution of a product gap?

    I need to submit a request to resolve a product gap between Siteminder/SSO and CA Fed. . I don't see the mechanism under communities to do so. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

    There is an [ideas] tab which a small lightbulb as logo.  That's the place to be for ideas and/or product enhancements.

    Hi Hawkyfan99,

     

    You can submit an idea to suggest what can be done to resolve a product gap.

     

    Following are steps to submit an idea.

    1. Go to the CA Security Community: https://communities.ca.com/community/ca-security

    2. Click on the "Actions" drop-down menu and select "Create an idea."

    3. Give your idea a title and detailed description.

    4. Select the "CA Single Sign-On," "CA Risk Authentication," and/or "CA Strong Authentication" categories and then Publish!
