  • 1.  Insert a form for Approval at SLCM

    Hello Everyone,

     

    Is possible to create a specific form to be filled at a approval phase on CA Service Catalog?

     

    I want to make a question for the Approver, and use this information on my Process orchestrated by CA IT Process Automation.

    Yes it is very much possible. A form item has additional attributed such as 'hidden' and 'disabled' which takes a reguLar expression. The regulAr expression can use the status (400 pending approval) to show the form only during approval phase.

     

    Please let me know if you need a form example in which case I will design one and export the XML file.
