url_response probe robustness

Anyone have any idea on how many profiles the url_response probe can handle? Customer experiences? I have a customer who has 140 profiles that are ran at a 2minute interval, with max_threads set to 200, but they're seeing the probe send out thread alarms, meaning the probe isn't able to handle those 140 profiles. Any tips on how to make this probe work more efficiently?

I seem to recall that there is a min threads setting as well. What is this set to? It is really the governing setting for this situation.
