Detailed Forecast Cost reduced to zero on a Costplan Update

Hello All,

Using Clarity PPM v13.1, upgraded from Clarity PPM v12.1.

Here is the issue...

In Project list column, the "Detailed Forecast Cost" field shows value zero value upon editing the cost plan for that project.
Ideally, "Detailed Forecast Cost" field in the list column should match the value of "Cost" column of the "Plan of Record" in the Cost Plans list.

Things were fine after the upgrade to v13.1 , the issue started when
1. the "plan of record" was edited. OR
2. a new cost plan is created.

Please help!!

Make sure your "Time Slicing" job is running. Easiest way for me to check is by going into Administration --> Data Administration --> Time Slices and looking at the right most column.

CA recommends to run it about every two minutes
