    password on your description of the error it sounds like the switch (root/factory/admin/user) have not completed the password recovery, e.g. you have no set all password?  And  you are using the ssh to connect to the switches who are at FOS ???

    Hello Martin;

    All the password are default, and i use telnet or ssh.

    Before i start audit with the same 6 switch and successful, but now error appear, with the same configuration.(W7)

    I try run SAN Health in another Notebook, and audit was successfull.

    Well now i install W10 in my pc and work...

    Thanks for your help.

    Good work - so the Windows 7 was causing issues - and causing san health to suspect password prompt change.

    I guess in sanhealth 410, when its starting to capture data in the switch, it checks first the "default password" string in the banner message after login, which comes in two way, the control+c message change default passwd blablabla.. and the ATTENTION message which sounds like this :it is recommended that you change the default passwords for all the switches blablabla... and than the 114 error comes and sanhealth quits. So from CLI with bannershow command you display the current banner message and with bannerset you change it. So I've changed it, like this: bannerset ""; And it works
