    Please clarify me about what is the difference between supportshow and supportsave output in brocade SAN switches?

    in summary, both command are diagnostic command which are required for diagnostic support.

     

    both file are intended to use by Brocade Support to investigated error or issue

    for that you have to open a call with Brocade.

     

    Keep in mind, Support or Maintenance Contract must be active
