    Why some F-ports have two PIDs,  and even there is no zoned members?

    Hello,

    check output of portshow command. It should be NPIV (N-Port)

     

    check command portloginshow (slot/port) for details

    Yes,  you are right!
    Does it mean that each PWWN(including NPIV) would be corresponding to its own PID?

    Hello,

     

    yes FC routing is based on PIDs so because of that all WWNs need to have own PID. 

    For NPIV each "vritual" wwn will have dedicated PID as well.
