HelloWe observe daily peaks (up to 100%) of cpu utilisation on cp blade during the night. Is it possible somehow to find out which process causes it apart from logging in to the switch and run top command?
A few quick questions:
1- are you seeing these through MAPS alerts?
2- other than the alerts, are these causing any problems that you are aware of?
3- you mentioned not wanting/able to run 'top' command. Is this because it will violate an internal/external/customer SLA or security policy?
4- do you have full access to the 'root' account?
Hello. Could you please check below command? It will show the list of top processes ordered by CPU usage in descending order.
ps -eo pid,ppid,cmd,%cpu --sort=-%cpu | head
