Connectrix Manager Converged Network Edition Version 12.0.3 is sending hourly alerts of "Track changes has generated a trap;Successful login." CMCNE shows that the system is connected to monitoring and is working properly. Has anyone else seen this issue before?

The error is not stopping any network services, but I'm receiving false positive alerts from the monitoring system every hour. That is the issue currently.

    Hi,

Please, take a look at the output of trackchangesshow to see if change tracking is enabled (that seems to be):

    SWITCH:admin> trackchangesshow
    Track changes status: ON
    Track changes generate SNMP-TRAP: YES

If so, disable it with trackchangesset

    SWITCH:admin> trackchangesset 0
    Committing configuration...done.
    SWITCH:admin> trackchangesshow
    Track changes status: OFF
    Track changes generate SNMP-TRAP: NO

    and those events should stop.

    Rgds

    Felipon
