A couple weeks ago we had a power down at our data center. When power was restored and we brought the SAN infrastructure up we experienced zero issues. However, when I looked at our SAN Directors via Network Advisor they both have a Red diamond for the switches as though there's a problem. I also ran a Healthcheck against both switches and the healthcheck shows them as having a status of DOWN.
Anybody know what's going on or what I can do to get rid of the red diamonds?
try the `psshow` and see what it reports.
psshow shows the following for both switches...............
Power Supply #1 is OK
V10H30, AGC2M30HEG2 ,23-0000067-01, B,DELTA,ECD14020006 ,06,AGC2M30H
Power Supply #2 is absent
Power Supply #3 is faulty
0HEGC ,23-0000067-01, B,DELTA,ECD14020006 ,06,AGC2M30HE
Power Supply #4 is absent
as per this PS3 faulty; possibly its still not getting the power, or u need to confirm if its indeed faulty.
All is well now. Apparently during the power outage the power supply to the directors was changed and the circuits were not activated which caused PS3 to be down/faulty.
Thanks a lot for your quick reply and assistance.
