ICDx collectors getting 404, 403, 415

Dear all,

Using ICDx Version 1.4.1-694 am getting many errors since last week for all collectors.

Message trace:
HTTP Sensor - Terminating application with exit status 1 due to: Unrecoverable failed request: 404 - Not Found
The Service has stopped
Starting the service
The service has started
HTTP Sensor - Terminating application with exit status 1 due to: Unrecoverable failed request: 403 - Forbidden
The Service has stopped
Starting the service
The service has started
HTTP Sensor - Terminating application with exit status 1 due to: Unrecoverable failed request: 415 - Unsupported Media Type

HTTP/HTTPS traffic from ICDx to sep.securitycloud.symantec.com it is allowed and client application secret key it is still valid.

Is anyone else facing the same issue?

Have you tried to create a new API key and secret and create a new collector in ICDx? If you can do this, do you get the same HTTP response?

You were completely right. After upgrading to 1.4.2 collector problems have been fixed.

Thank you for the report. There might be issues from last weekends SESE/C migration to GCP last weekend that are in play. Broadcom is researching as we speak.
