Security Insights has transitioned its Custom-Defined Security Database (SECDB) Reporting capabilities from PDS-based Report Specification Files (RSFs) to an internally managed storage method. This transition removes the ability to edit report specifications outside of the User Interface (UI) and lays the groundwork for future features.

As part of this transition, we removed the Group, Name, Title, and Description parameters from the report specification. You now enter these parameters in the UI at report creation rather than as parameters within the report specification. To update your existing SECDB reports with this change, the product automatically runs a Migration Utility at SECDB Service startup.

We encourage all customers to take advantage of this new offering by downloading the Security Insights PTF LU19490 from Broadcom Support.

    Thank you,
