    When the CA Communities were migrated to the Broadcom community site, Documents were converted to Library entries. However, in the new site, it is not possible to create new Library entries.

    @Michael A. Lowry  creating documents is currently restricted to ​Employees or users granted with External Moderator Privileges.    We are working through our new program rules, regulations and benefits that will allow Super Users to be enrolled in this new program which may include elevated access on the platform and exclusive membership into the new program.  These details are still being worked out.    All Community Members chosen will be notified by PM by their respective Community Managers.   More to come.   ~jm
