  • 1.  Wolken Case Management - most recent comments not displayed by default

When one opens an existing case, the Unified History displays some of the most recent updates. However, If the case has more than a couple of comments, the most recent ones will be off the bottom of the scroll area by default. The most relevant information - the most recent comments - are not visible by default.

This means that each time one opens an existing case, one must scroll down in the web browser to the Unified History, and then scroll down again in the Unified History content area to show the most recent updates.

    This is sub-optimal.

Thanks Jason and Mike. I've logged a feature enhancement with our development team to reverse the sorting so new comments are at the top.

Reverse chronological order is one option. But then you'd want to move the Add Comment field to the top, above the existing comments.

The other option is simply to automatically scroll to the bottom (most recent) comments when initially drawing the window. This way you could preserve the chronological order and the placement of the Add Comment field.

Thanks for the suggestions @Michael A. Lowry I've asked out DEV team to implement the auto-scroll option to prevent us from also having to move the Add Comments section.
