Hi all, i got new contract with Symantec PAM. But I could not add new Site ID in that contract. They always said "
Please enter a valid Enterprise Site ID. If you need assistance please contact Customer Support."
I asked our vendor area and create a case about it. But i got nothing. What happen with support portal ?
Anyone can help me to add new Site ID. Is SiteID important ? Can I create a new case with old Site ID and still get a support ?
