Closed Cases - Broadcom Support Site

Hi,

How can I view Broadcom Support Site closed cases for my site id?

I see open cases with no problem.

Hi Phil,
After you login, under My Cases, on the View drop-down, there is an option to "Create New View".
You can create a view for Status=Closed.

Here is also KB article 200562 with user guide covering the features which were introduced late last year:
