Accessing Free Courses!

Hi all.

Learning@Broadcom (our LMS) has several layers of security to ensure that our free mainframe courses are available to those with active maintenance.  Part of this process is validation and automated approval.

When you newly sign in (or if you haven't signed in in some time), Learning@Broadcom validates you have an active account and then grants you access to those courses.  This automated process generally occurs in the morning after your register or re-activate your account. If you know you just registered or it's been a long time since you've been in the LMS, you probably will not have immediate access to those courses. You should have access the next morning.

Hi Amy,

the free courses seem to be just for Brocade, don't they? As a customer, all I can find is Brocade Education. "Learning@Broadcom" seems to be the title for Broadcom employees who find that term in OKTA.
Can you confirm that?
