    Hi all,

    do you receive those notifications as well if you answer via mail to a support case?


    We get them for 4 days now... :-S

    if you are using one of the latest version of UC4 / AWA / One Automation please get in contact with Support to open a ticket.
    Otherwise update/upgrade your system and check if the problem still exists.

    Besides what I already wrote that has gone now, I also responded to a case by email (using "reply") more than an hour ago.

    The response has not been recorded in the case, nor have I gotten any bounce message. Fwiw, this does not appear to be a reliable way of submitting ticket updates at this time.
