    Hi all,

    do you receive those notifications as well if you answer via mail to a support case?


    We get them for 4 days now... :-S

    if you are using one of the latest version of UC4 / AWA / One Automation please get in contact with Support to open a ticket.
    Otherwise update/upgrade your system and check if the problem still exists.

    Besides what I already wrote that has gone now, I also responded to a case by email (using "reply") more than an hour ago.

    The response has not been recorded in the case, nor have I gotten any bounce message. Fwiw, this does not appear to be a reliable way of submitting ticket updates at this time.

    Does using the slide show widget for posting individual images spread Corona? Don't take the risk, use the "insert image" button in the editor!

    Did you know? I will NOT respond to PM asking for help unless there's an actual reason to keep the discussion off of the public forums!
