@Martin Papik is correct I have over 10 affected users that have reached out either directly or through their Broadcom contact. There is a permission conflict based on changes that were rolled out then rolled back. I have a call with the vendor's dev team today to reset. I will respond back to the thread and to our shared update sheet when we have resolved the issue. Thanks for your help in highlighting the break. Jason
