I ran into another issue with the Case Management portal. From the Home page that shows My Open Cases, I cannot see case ID 32439952.I have tried to sort the view in different ways but the case is not visible.
The case is visible in the My Cases and the All Cases views.
@Keld Mollnitz very sorry you continue to find issues with the case mgmt. portal. Would you have availability today / tomorrow to join a quick Webex to walk me through your situation? Gathering some additional details may help expedite the resolution.
