TDM Experts community available?

In the CA Community we had two Test Data Manager communities - the public-facing "Test Data Manager," and another only accessible to CA/Broadcom personnel named something like TDM Experts or Test Data Manager - Experts.    I don't see the expert community listed for registration.  Was that community & most importantly its assets migrated, and if so, how to access?
