HI Chris, this tagging implementation really is bad. There's a 15s delay and when I try to select the tag I want, it freezes then it selects something totally different and I just end up deleting it b/c that's wasting my time.
Can't the site just go thru a post and when it finds #XXXX it auto creates, tags the post accordingly?

Hi JW - Tagging works as long as you wait for the tag to show up and select it. If you type but don't make a choice it won't show up in the discussions.

Chris, any updates on this? I posted a new discussion in Clarity Service Management using hashtags and they don't show up when viewing the list of discussions - but there are some posts where people having them working.

@jdmcclellan maybe something to bring up on the New Broadcom Communities Walkthrough and Q&A Session – June 19, 2019 session? It appears tagging is somewhat confusing.

Hi Daniel,
Yes I see what you mean about the inability to create new tags. @Lenn Thompson, @Christopher Hackett, @Jason McClellan for any comments.
Thanks

Hello Lynn,
Thanks for your effort but the problem is about not previously existing tags.
For example if you try with #process , then the popup will not show this option neither a way to create it.
Even if you continue write manually the tag, the "tag"/(string) is not recognized as a tag, so it is not displayed at Discussion List, and so on.

Hi Daniel
I have since realised that to add tags in new documents/discussions you just use the # symbol e.g.
Hope that helps

Hi Daniel,
Yes after creating library content last week I saw there was no option during creation to add "Tags and Keywords". Also once complete on the content page there is no Add option next to "Tags and Keywords".
I have already reported this to @Lenn Thompson

I am seeing that migrated post have proper labels/tags.
However, for new posts there is not proper tag/labels available.
And I don't see how to create new labels.
