    Hi team,

     I have been using my ID for lat 5 years and right now the email address is no longer used ,how do i reset my password for that ID .kindly help on this. Whether my CA champion and points will be retested ?

    Praveen - we have been waiting to hear back from you regarding your primary address used in the Broadcom Support Portal.   If we swap it - it will create a mismatch in the system causing your community account to disconnect. 

    Just sent you an email with options.
